Shipping: Orders will drop-ship directly from the manufacturer via truck shipment to designated address or port. Upgrade shipping service to include a lift gift gate. With lift gate, shipper will take the items off the truck and deliver onto a loading dock or inside a first floor door. Client must transfer items from loading dock to the designated rooms unless White Glove Service is added as an upgrade to this order. If White Glove Service is not purchased, Spa Development International is not liable for any damages that may occur during storage, set up, or delivery.

Returns & Damages: Spa Development International must be notified in writing within 30 days of receiving the order. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee charged for returns. Credit will be applied to the customer’s account. Some Manufacturer’s excluded. No returns after 90 days. No returns on custom orders.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed and or deposits has been received; order can not be canceled.
Terms & Conditions: 1. Customer must inspect shipment and notify Spa Development International (SDI) in writing of any damages within one week of delivery. 2. Onsite set-up not included unless purchased. 3. Warranty provided by product manufacturer. SDI is not responsible for any losses incurred. 4. Manufacturers of equipment & furniture items can have a min. lead time of 6-12 weeks from receipt of deposit. 5. Prices subject to change after 30 days. Pricing shown is based on the entire order. 6. No returns on custom items. Other items must be returned within 30 days and will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is client’s responsibility. 7. Past due invoices will be charged a late fee of 3% per month. Any collection fees will be billed to the client.

International Orders: Spa Development International can process international orders. Please contact us directly by phone 888-474-4734 or by email info@spadev.com for more information. Large International orders must be shipped to a US freight forwarder or other US location. Payment for international orders must be made by check, credit card, or wire transfer prior to order shipping. All prices quoted are in US Dollars. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax or tariff imposed by the destination country.
Payment Methods: We accept payment by check, wire transfer, or by VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Qualified customers may open a net terms account by completing and faxing our net terms application to 888-213-5649 for review by our Accounting Department. Payment terms for net terms accounts is Net 30 Days. All late invoices will be charged a 3% late fee per month late.
Lead Times: The availability of our products is based on our manufacturers’ current production lead times. For items in stock, we will normally ship your order within 1 working day after we receive an order.
*Most facial tables and massage tables are custom made. Lead times can range from 2-8 weeks.
Deposits: Some orders may require a deposit. Once we receive your order we will notify you of the lead time and if a deposit is required. If a deposit is required, payment will need to be received prior to processing the order with the remaining balance to be received prior to the order shipping.
Sales Tax & International Duties: Sales tax may be charged to your order. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax or tariff imposed by the destination country.
Liability: Spa Development International assumes no control over the use of products sold. We are not liable for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Please review your order for accuracy.
