Preventative Maintenance Program

Spa Development International offers a unique opportunity to purchase a customized preventative maintenance program to extend the life of your SDI equipment purchase.

 How does the Preventative Maintenance Service Program work?

The program is purchased in six month increments and entitles your facility to a comprehensive maintenance service call, within that six month time period.  A trained equipment technician will perform the maintenance checklist that not only keeps your equipment running in top efficiency but addresses any conditions that could develop into a major repair or even replacement of the equipment.  This program protects your investment by including a thorough inspection, complete cleaning, adjusting or recalibration and mechanical inspection of your SDI equipment.

What’s included in the Preventative Maintenance Service Program?

The program offers a 24 point checklist that addresses the most common areas of wear and tear which prevents costly repairs or lost revenue.

• Inspection of treatment tables                 
• Tighten bolt assembly                          
• Test and operate lift system
• Check all hinged joints  – Tables & pedicure thrones             
• Re-level unit – Tables, tubs, pedicure thrones
• Clean and apply leather conditioner to vinyl upholstery – Tables and pedicure thrones
• Tighten electrical connections – All equipment             
• Inspect power connections – All equipment
• Remove rust build-up – All equipment     
• Inspect  controls – All equipment  
• Lubricate all areas – All equipment
•  Check electrical systems – All equipment 
• Inspect head brackets – Pedicure thrones & tubs                    
• Inspect & tighten foot bracket – Pedicure thrones          
• Inspect & Tighten face cradles -Tables   
• Inspect hand / Foot controls – Tables
• Calibrate temperature controls -Tubs, Vichy showers, & pedicure thrones
• Clean Strainers (all wet equipment facial systems)
• Rescale pipes (all wet equipment)

• Clean all Vichy Shower heads
• Tighten hose connections (all wet equipment)
• Set operating controls (all equipment)
